Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Cellsphere (Udyam-registered micro enterprise), Mayiladuthurai, Tamil Nadu, India (“we”), the operator of Unwrong. By creating an account or using Unwrong you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

What Unwrong is

Unwrong is an educational study aid for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must never be used to diagnose or treat anyone or to make clinical decisions.

AI can be wrong

Unwrong uses AI to turn your notes, voice and screenshots into facts, cues and revision questions. It can mishear, misread or state something incorrect. Always check facts against standard textbooks and your official sources before you rely on them. Where the app shows AI-written text it is labelled, and you can flag anything that looks wrong.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older, and give accurate details.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

What you log is yours. You give us permission to store it and to process it, including by AI services, only to run Unwrong for you. Only upload things you have the right to upload. Don't upload other people's personal information or patient-identifying details, and don't share copyrighted exam material you aren't allowed to copy.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, overload or get around the app, its limits or its security.
• No automated sign-ups or scraping, and no using the app to harm others or break the law.
• Daily and storage limits apply to each account to keep the service fair and affordable.

Ending your access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk, and we may pause parts of the service (such as sign-ups or AI features) at any time. You may stop using Unwrong whenever you like.

No guarantees; limit of liability

Unwrong is provided “as is”. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will improve your exam results. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it (currently nothing, as the app is free).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mayiladuthurai or Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; if the change matters we will update the date above and ask you to agree again. Questions: support@unwrong.in.
